I regret to say for a while I am not taking new piano customers due to problems with my legs. I am currently working with doctors and hope to be back to full business soon. I will update this page then. In the meantime I am recommending you go to the Piano Technicians Guild web site https://www.ptg.org/home and click on the link to find a RPT. A RPT is a registered piano technician and generally they are much better trained and qualified to service pianos. Using someone that is not an RPT may cost less but they may do a lot of damage due to lack of training and experience.
I still will continue tuning my regular customers.

My goal for your piano is longer lasting tunings, richer harmony, and greater dynamic range.
My basic service ($159) includes minor repairs, pitch raise, and fine tuning. This service usually takes about 90 minutes. Pianos that have not been serviced in many years typically take 3 hours and an additional hour of time is billed ($80). NC sales tax is added on all parts and service.
I take service calls in all of Wake County NC and generally in locations up to 30 minutes or so from Raleigh. For churches I go a bit further.
